This applies to both desktop and Android, though I notice more on Android because I have fixed views and sorting is my main way of narrowing them down.

I have two tasks that are due early in the morning. (Refilling my son's supplement container before he needs to take them, and putting out the trash). I want to include due-date in my sort order (ascending), but it puts all of the other tasks for today above the early morning ones.

It seems like if a task is due today, it's not overdue until midnight. Therefore it should be sorted as later than a 7am task, rather than before it. Is this a bug, a feature, or am I misunderstanding something?

Thanks,

Lisa
