Ah, thanks, that clarifies the issue. Your question, then, is why Computed-Score sorts tasks with due-dates in the future after tasks without due dates. That's a good question.
Hopefully someone else can answer that, as I'm not that familiar with Computed-Score. I use other criteria to sort my Active Actions. I do know you can tweak how it is calculated in Tools --> Options --> Todo Ordering Options.
