Hi Dwight, 

My work-around was to create a secondary To-Do view "Active At Work". On 
that view I hard-coded in advance filter that context should not contains 
"@OffWorkTime". 

When I'm at work, I select my "Active At Work" To-Do view. When I'm out 
working hours, I use "Active". 

This is not 100% automatic but I did not find any way to do better for now.
