the shortcut to move is ctrl+M.

You also:
- create a Inbox tab
- hit F3 on it, that will open it on a separate windows
- then, drag an drop you task to the folders

(you also can assign the logo of each company you work for to each tab)
you WILL like and love this amazing tool, don't hesitate to ask your
