In your outline, you can create a folder for home and a folder for work.
Create a tab for home, and select the folder "home" of your complete 
outline, then press "ctrl+R", or right clic and select "zoom in".
And so on for home.
For the third one, you could play with the powerfull system of filter, but 
it is here a complete new subject, you might want to learn a bit more 
before to ask a too-much open question.
