Solved my own problem. Creating a new task with a context of @Office on the 
iPhone, the other 67 @Office tasks appeared, along with @Errand and @5 PRN 
tasks.

Suggests that on first install in some circumstances the iPhone version 
requires a task to be created with a context on the iPhone before it will 
show all the tasks synchronised by Wifi from Windows.
