iPad and iPhone application can hold up to 10 different profiles. So all
you need is to sync your Cloud file to new iOS profile.
Lets do it step by step on some test data first:
1) Save your PC data file and close it
2) Create new data file on MLO PC with just a couple of simple tasks
3) Set up new Cloud profile using your MLO Desktop
File->Synchronization->Sync to Cloud->Enter your Cloud login and
password->Connect->Select Cloud file->add New File Name, let it be named as
'Test Data'->Select this file->Ok->Done->Sync Now->Save changes
Now your new test data file is synced to newly created Cloud file.
4) Open MLO iPhone (Same steps should be done for MLO iPad)
5) Open Settings->Profile->Edit->Add new profile, lets name it 'Test data'
also->Done, make sure this profile is active, go Back to Settings
6) select Synchronization->MLO Cloud->enter your credentials-> Test
connection-> Select Cloud file-> Select file with name 'Test Data'
7) Sync
8) Back from settings, open your tasks view, select All Tasks view - Test
data files should be transferred from MLO Desktop to MLO iOS via Cloud. You
can play with the sync by adding and deleting tasks and sync the changes
between Desktop and iOS via Cloud.

If everything works fine on the test data file, you can go back to your
work data file.
Close test data file, open your work data file on PC, follow the steps
above starting from step #3, giving the different names to Cloud and iOS
profiles.
Please let me know the result. Thank you!
