Yes, absolutely. the cloud sync is bidirectional. I set it up to "use
server version" in case of conflicts and it works well. However be aware
that the android sync is not entirely automatic, when it detects changes it
notifies you rather than syncing immediately, so good idea to hit the sync
button regularly when are leaving the platform. F9 on Windows, cloud icon
on android.
