Actually, I just found the solution to my problem but I thought I'd post it here so if others had this situation come up then perhaps you'll find this post helpful.
In creating my new view, I right-clicked on one of the contexts and selected 'Manage Contexts' which popped open the context window. I highlighted the context in the list on the left. On the right-side, you have a row of tabs for 'Included Contexts, Notes, Hours, Properties, Location'. In the 'Included Contexts' tab, I selected both of the contexts (in this case, 'Kindle' and 'books') since I wanted this view to filter only these two out of my whole list and when I did this and closed out of this view, I had only those tasks that had these contexts only.
