Hi, Laurence. I had not been aware of a "uncomplete all subtasks" function in v1 and i don't know of one in v2 either. The closest thing i know is to make the parent a (daily?) repeating task and in the "recurring task advanced options" set "subtask resetting" to "reset to uncomplete". Then, whenever you mark the parent completed it will set the date forward one day and mark all the subtasks completed.
