There is no possibility to sync views in MLO now, no matter which platform and version is used. We do not plan to add automated views sync via cloud in the nearest future. However, we are considering alternatives that would allow to have all information including views up-to-date on all devices. In the meanwhile, to transfer a custom view from desktop to Android, you need to export your view on desktop, transfer the exported file to Android device and import into MLO app from there.
