You say to "Select All in Outline View" - I can't find that, and that was my problem - I could not find any "select all" - could you maybe send a description of how to bring up this command, or a screen shot showing it? In the Windows version of MLO, you can zoom in on a branch, do Select All in Outline View, and a count is shown of the number of tasks. I am still adding more tasks than I am archiving...
