It is a complication that the sort order of the prefixes is different between
the Android and Windows versions, as Dwight mentioned above. In addition,
within the Windows app, the prefixes are sorted differently depending on
whether one is editing the contexts from the Tools menu or editing the contexts
of a task. I have selected a subset of prefixes which comes closest, I think,
to a consistent ordering between the Windows and Android versions.
