I do as TMZ suggests and use Min Time and Max Time as costs, and this can 
be summed to the parent if the Parent is a Project.  Beware, one needs to 
enter a H after the input for example 15 h, else it thinks its minutes and 
will have 45  plus 30 = 1 hour and 15 minutes
