I just signed up for Pro for Android tablet and phone (did not know they were in Ukraine). Had 'thanks for signing up' message on my screen (I bought directly from their website) and that I would get a download email with activation information. Before I could get that, I had a note from my bank that they suspected the purchase was fraudulent. Cleared that up and the charge went through. No activation information.
I emailed them and that's when I got the auto reply about Ukraine and that without internet service it could be some time before I would get a reply. I'm saddened that Ukraine has had to endure all of the suffering. Has anyone recently signed up and NOT gotten their activation information? Does anyone know if their staff is ok?
