This is an old post but still a relavent one unless I am not using the current MLO version correctly. The "Zoom-in"/"Zoom-out" Buttons on Windows should move one level at a time. If I am zoomed in 2-3 levels and want to zoom out one level it seems less intuitive to zoom out all the way.
