2 HARD DISKS AND 2 MBR's

hi everyone,
i have 2 HDD's
1) 40GB hardisk with grub as bootloader(installed in MBR)           (hda)
2) solaris bootloader( installed in MBR of the harddisk)                (hdd)
i want to make GRUB point my solaris.
how shall i edit grub.conf.
