mysql error

hi 
  whenever i try to start eclipse or netbeans java IDE mysqld deamon
stops and restarts  with this msg "/usr/ben/mysqld_safe : line 339
1524 killed " . and then terminates . it can only be restarted after
eclipse or netbeans is terminated
