Hi, A few days ago I deleted some partitions in Windows, converted them into ext3 file system, and using them on Linux Mint. These partitions are recognized as 'Removable Media'. The problem is, if I want to copy something into these places, I have to be root. Being root to do a simple copy is not a good idea (because of this I lost a movie:( ).
1. How to have access to these places without being root? 2. I have two such partitions. Instead I would like to have them clubbed, forming single partition. How to do that? (I had a look at 'Partition Editor', but did not want to do anything without consulting MyLUG:) ) Cheers!
