I have some documentation that I created when creating our Mylyn connector here. It's not complete (our connector only has read only access to the repository), but it's much closer to a step-by-step guide than a description of one of the APIs. That is, instead of trying to explain the different APIs, it's more of a cook book for how to write a connector. I wrote it for Mylyn 2.3, but I updated it for Mylyn 3.0 as well as i could. I thought that it would make sense to create a new major section on http://wiki.eclipse.org/index.php/Mylyn/Integrator_Reference, but I can't figure out how to do that.
