FYI, I just checked that now (didn't work yesterday because some of Mylyn's dependencies not being "in") enabling Mylyn's 3.20 Neon contribution in the simrel.b3aggr file works -- in case you wan to quickly announce intent but (for now, until Bug 497530 [1] has been addressed) simply contribute your Neon contribution to Oxygen.
