Summary: mypaint can`t start => Startup crash - no
attribute 'FileDescriptor'

Follow-up Comment #1:
MyPaint does not depend on a specific version of protobuf, but the versions
of protobuf and its python bindings must match. This is the typical error
when they do not. Therefore I'm closing this as invalid.
If that is not the source of the issue, please let us know.
