Follow-up Comment #11:
Andrew, we keep stuff open until the fix is in a stable release. It doesn't
really matter, but I'm reopening for consistency.
We do this because it makes recently fixed (but unreleased) stuff more
visible to end users (hopefully keep duplicates down), makes it clear how
much stuff is "new in git, waiting for release" so we can decide when to do a
new one, and what we should test especially for regressions before a new
release.
