Follow-up Comment #2, bug #15233 (project mypaint):
The new behaviour seems good to me. The harder drag-start is not a real issue
because you can easily drag the brush away a bit and then back again.
I agree that a lock button would have been too combersome to bother, even if
it turns out that users still drag by accident now.
