Follow-up Comment #7, bug #15353 (project mypaint):
I'm having a problem with this feature. It seems like if you drag down on a
brush that has no other brushes below it, it doesn't get dragged.
Additionally, if you drag right on a brush that's the last one in a group, it
doesn't get dragged.
