Details:
When minimizing the main window the utility windows (e.g. Color picker, Brush
picker, Layers, etc.) still show.
I'm not sure what was the default behavior back in 0.8.2, but it looks the
right thing to do is to make them invisible when the main menu is minimized.
Or at least make it configurable.
