Steps to reproduce:
Choose any brush. Increase its radius (to tell the difference from the
original). In the brush settings, select "add as new". The new brush appears
with name "b001" and the old icon (as expected).
Now select it in the brush selector. It doesn't get a frame. Instead, the
original brush gets a frame that marks it as the selected brush. The brush
settings are loaded correctly, but the old brush still is marked as selected.
