Details:
I find that I often want to combine a basic brush (eg Modelling)
with an effect (eg. Hue/Sat random variation, stroke slowing)
What I'm suggesting is some way to 'select' a brush in which only the
non-default settings it includes overwrite the current brush settings, and the
rest are preserved.
