- window positioning now carries resetting code for when *any* controlled
window is offscreen which allows the WM to pick the size or position. This is
dependent on PyGTK reporting correct screen and monitor sizes, but it should
be enough of a "soft" fix for this.
This marks the death of windowpos.conf as our method for saving window
positions: everything now goes in the (now editable) settings.conf.
