Follow-up Comment #2, bug #18186 (project mypaint): I re-open http://gna.org/bugs/?14372 till this decided
Personally I have tested gtk-2.18,2.20,2.22 and 3.0, none of them works. I do quick search on gimp bugtracker, here some reports on the new gimp: https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=645948 https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=624985 https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=549839 basically the same but all marked as unconfirmed which is pity... Sure it's no longer mypaint's bug but there is no immediate upstream solution whatsoever.
