Planned Release: None
Operating System:
_______________________________________________________
Details:
If MyPaint is installed somewhere weird and wonderful which is not in the
icon theme's search path, and run via /path/to/prefix/bin/mypaint, *and* the
user's icon theme has a "mypaint" icon (e.g. Faenza, which has a nice one),
the program will start but display no custom icons in the toolbar.
This probably affects Mac OS X (/opt?) and Windows (all in one dir) installs,
and definitely affects Linux installs which use nonstandard prefixes (e.g.
/opt, /tmp/whatever). To reproduce:
$ scons prefix=/tmp/foo1 install
$ /tmp/foo1/bin/mypaint
(runs but spits out lots of assertions depending on your theme engine, and
the toolbar buttons for tools and brush modes are blank; ditto custom menu
entries)
