Hmm. It should init the history brushes in the same way as context brushes on
startup. Do you have a group named "Deevad" at all? I notice we're still
dependent on that existing, and I can provoke it by changing the value of
DEFAULT_STARTUP_GROUP in gui/brushmanager.py to something nonexistent.
(And do your brushkeys 1-9 and 0 work? What if you move the contextNN brushes
out of the way? Same initialisation code, but brushkeys don't need previews
and so may be more robust in use.)
