Follow-up Comment #3:
I think we should have it a bit more accessible, that is, put some
"marketing" into it. Like, name it "stabilizer" and make it a global setting
that overrides (that is, increases if required) the brush setting.
The "slow position tracking" has problems at the moment too, that prevent me
from advertising it too much as a stabilizer. If you wind it up high, the
cursor offset is a problem; the filter adds too much delay.
