Update of bug #19063 (project mypaint):
Summary: Mypaint crash when drag and drop 'basic brush'
preset to a new group => Brush List Editor: assertion error when dragging and
dropping brushes with null parent_brush_name; broken previews

Follow-up Comment #3:
The 'basic brush' preset is affected, but it's by no means the only affected
brush. Dragging affected brushes results in a plain white drag preview, and an
assertion error when dropping even within the group in which the drag started.
The affected brushes from Set#1 are:
* ramon/Marker
* ramon/Pen
* ramon/ThinPen
* ramon/Soft_Eraser
* ramon/P._Shade
* ramon/B-pencil
* ramon/2B-pencil
It seems that the affected brushes are those with no saved parent_brush_name
setting. Retitling accordingly...
