Follow-up Comment #2, bug #18516 (project mypaint):
You *could* call init_anon_layer_names to the update function in
layerswindow.py, but then we'd have the same problem we had some time ago;
unnamed layers are indexed according to their position in the list...
The problem is anon_layer_num not getting updated on doc.clear()
