Details:
I have a wacom intuo4 and logitech mouse.
When I start mypaint I can paint with the mouse. But after I move the arrow
out of the window it doesn't work anymore.
To use it I need to go to Help->Debug->Gtk input device dialog and to enable
it.
If I then restart the program the same thing happen again.
