Details:
When using the current git version of mypaint, the global pressure mapping
settings take no effect. Even extreme settings like mapping everything to 0.0
or 1.0 don't change the brush behaviour.
The issue remains after deleting ~/.mypaint. Using Mypaint 1.0 everything.
Also confirmed it on another machine with Fedora 16.
