Details:
it's quite random, but it happened several times :
when using spacebar to scroll, the scroll icon stay stucked to the mouse, it's
impossible to come back to any drawing tool, and the only way to solve the
problem is to exit with "ctrl-esc"
I tried to reproduce, I think it happens when you stay to long on the
spacebar, but not everytime.
