Details:

Hey,

I keep receiving emails from other testers or user of the PPA ( 2 this week +
1 comment on deviantART ) about them not sure to have the last version of
Mypaint, because they saw on my screenshot more icons on my toolbar. And by
default their Mypaint look naked.

It appears the 'right-click' on the toolbar to add icons is a feature even
user able to compile and test can't discover by themself.
When I tell them the trick they often say they looked if an option exist for
it in the preference panel. And it make sens.

A first solution I suggest is to make more icon visible on the toolbar by
default :)

A user sent me this link to ask for the icons (
http://imageftw.com/uploads/20121215/mypaintgit1.png ) and in this setup
default, even the eraser is missing, and pan/zoom tools.
