Follow-up Comment #1:
This dialog was deprecated with PyGTK/GTK2, and has evidently been removed in
GTK3. I propose we remove the feature from MyPaint too, but let's solicit some
comments in the forum first regarding the impact of doing so.
Setting minor, and lower priority, because it doesn't break MyPaint as a
whole, and because it's a debugging command that users shouldn't need to use
to get stuff done. And if they _are_ using it to solve a problem, let's figure
out what the problem is!
