Follow-up Comment #1, bug #20757 (project mypaint): Sounds really like a driver bug. Does it work the same in the GIMP or other GTK programs? What about native Windows stuff?
We really need Windows developers, so welcome aboard! You should join the MyPaint mailing list and the forums too, just to let people know you're working on this. We're lacking a build of 1.1.0 right now, and this sucks. (On the other hand, MyPaint by tries hard to not really do "big" workarounds for specific models of tablet. There are so many of them... The most we do is some name-based enabling or disabling of problematic devices (and I think that's too much: still, Maxy wants it to work out of the box, and this cures 80-90% of broken Linux tablets and mice) Still, if you come up with a replacement input dialog for the GTK3 era, and a nice way of remapping axes and managing the internal white/blacklists, that would be a very nice patch.) _______________________________________________________ Reply to this item at: <http://gna.org/bugs/?20757> _______________________________________________ Message sent via/by Gna! http://gna.org/ _______________________________________________ Mypaint-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://mail.gna.org/listinfo/mypaint-bugs
