About the color palette, I thought about color picking when I designed
a 2nd mockup with the color wheel attached to it. as seen here Having the color wheel attached minimizes the amounts of clicks with mouse or keyboard a user has to do since it's right there. And if the user would not like to also have the palette open, the user can collapse the palette strips. Ultimately, the 2nd version consolidates the lone color wheel and simplifies it--this keeps the interface straight forward and clean. - Sean |
