*Position Overview:*
A leadership position in the organization in which the individual is
responsible for managing a Quality Assurance initiative and the people
within the team that implements it.
In addition, the individual:
· Fully understands the concepts of the SDLC and their
interrelationships with and dependencies of QA
· Can successfully coordinate the project lifecycle of multiple
low-complexity projects concurrently with small QA teams
· Fully understands the concepts of one or more QA methodologies
· When assisting with testing efforts, the individual can
successfully implement it as a Project Lead on multiple complex projects
simultaneously

*Primary Responsibilities:*
· Responsible for the Analysis, Testing and Documentation of
software applications and computer systems based on design specifications
· Will modify and create Project and Master Test plans to support
software testing activities
· Will meet with Business Analysts and End Users to define,
document and review system functional and technical requirements
· Will provide technical mentorship to project team members and will be
responsible for direct supervision of subordinate staff on a project basis
