Position Title: *SAP Trainer/Designer* Location: Marlton, NJ Duration: 1 yr *Required Skills:* The Instructional Designer II should have 3 or more years of experience designing and delivering training. The training delivery experience should include both small (15 or less attendees) and large (100+ attendees) audiences, preferably within a large government engagement. The training experience should also include thorough knowledge of specific SAP modules, multiple business processes within an enterprise (however manufacturing knowledge is an asset in selecting most candidates for this requisition), and all associated SAP transactions. The candidate should have strong analytical skills and strong presentation skills utilizing both briefing slides and systems based, hands-on training. They should also have considerable experience with software tools such as Microsoft Word and PowerPoint. They should be capable of meeting all requirements with minimum supervision. They should be capable of performing quality assurance reviews of training material developed by associates. *Experience Skills and Years: * 5 years experience in business or consulting and 3 years training experience Proficient in the use of MS Office and SAP applications Commercial, Military or DOD supply chain/logistics deployment experience on large engagements, government engagements preferred. *Other Related Skills: * Product Required Skills SAP/ERP Extensive knowledge of applications sufficient to author and deliver diverse training materials. *Duties and Responsibilities (including all essential job functions) * The Instructional Designer II will be primarily responsible for developing and delivering end user education and training in a complex SAP environment addressing military logistics. They may be called upon to pilot recently developed courses and conduct expert user training. They will also ensure their activity aligns with the overall training organizational goals and objectives. Critical Knowledge: Product *Required Skills * RWD uPerform SAP Ability to author training materials using the RWD uPerform tool and inform others. Extensive knowledge of one or more SAP applications (R/3, APO, BW) *Critical Skills * Excellent analytical and problem solving skills *Excellent communication skills (both written and oral) * Skills necessary to perform quality assurance tasks on training course content Ability to communicate at all levels of an organization Demonstrated interpersonal skills Structured document creation Extensive training course development and delivery experience Working knowledge of one or more critical business processes and some experience in an integration activity. Experience in delivering briefings to senior management On occasion, demonstrate ability to meet agreed upon objectives with minimal guidance. Flexibility in accepting multiple tasks and changing requirements as presented by leadership.
