Install, configure, administer & support Fatwire CMS suite of products ( Content Server, Satellite Server, Analytics etc ) in multiple environments. 2. Manage Fatwire application in stand alone & clustered instances. Deploy multiple applications within the product as needed 3. Manage, implement & test upgrades to the product, including impact analysis on new features, releases and patches, managing the upgrade project, including testing and production cutover. 4. Work with respective vendor support team as needed to resolve issues around the product & applications deployed within the product. 5. Work closely with application development team in terms of rolling out custom & business need based enhancements to the product or application as needed. 6. Review logs across the web, app and database tier and route issues back to appropriate resources for resolution. 7. Schedule installations and upgrades, and maintain them in accordance with established IT policies and procedures. 8. Monitor and tune the system to achieve optimum performance levels. 9. Administer and maintain user access across multiple administrative interfaces for the product & application 10. Keep up to date with the latest happening's in the relevant product space and provide suggestions for future roadmap within the organization 11. Provide documentation support around the product & application administration in terms of day to day maintenance, overall architecture etc as needed. 12. Provide metrics around the product / application usage based on different parameters. 13. Write scripts to automate day to day tasks, configure security within the product environment as required. *Key Skill Sets Required:* * * 1. 5 yrs of experience in Fatwire Content Server suite of products in terms of development or administration 2. Experience with J2EE application model e.g., EJBs, JSP, HTTP sessions, servlets, etc 3. Experience with industry standard Java containers such as IBM Websphere, Weblogic, JBoss etc among others 4. Experience in PL/SQL and exposure to high level concepts of RDMBS such as Oracle 5. Experience in handling CMS products on Red Hat Linux based platform 6.
