Ensure the monitoring infrastructure itself is protected from a business continuity perspective by checking failover equipment, keeping up to date on systems and applications software. Work closely with infrastructure and application Management in an advisory or consulting role to establish best practices to monitor the various facets of the environment in support of client SLAs and KPIs.
