*I have multiple positions- please submit your best people with the skills highlighted below.* *Profile: Portal Architect* *Location: Fort Worth, TX* *Duration: 6**+** months* *Client: American Airlines*** *Project Description*: The *Portal Architect* designs solutions which enable existing and new applications, application components, packaged software and systems to work together in a consistent user experience through a portal framework. The architect would work with a team of User Experience designers and other system architects (integration, legacy, new applications, and data) to design and oversee the implementation of a seamless user interface for both internal and external customers. Additional experience with SOA (Service Oriented Architecture) design and usage, the WebSphere line of products (WebSphere Business Modeler, WebSphere Integration Developer, WebSphere Portal Server, WebSphere Portlet Factory, and WebSphere Application Developer), and air cargo industry knowledge will be considered a plus. *Required Experience* • 7+ years technical expertise in architecting, designing, and implementing enterprise solutions • 2+ years technical expertise in designing and implementing WebSphere Portal solutions for both internal and external usage • Hands-on experience as a WebSphere Portal solution Architect or similar position • Experience with SOA based technologies provided by vendors such as IBM, BEA, Microsoft, or SUN • Strong Architecture skills with an understanding and/or development experience in Portlet standards/frameworks, Security, Personalization, Content Management, J2EE, SOAP, Web Service standards (e.g., WS-Security), UDDI, SOA governance, and data governance • Experience collecting and documenting non-functional information, assisting the test team develop performance tests, and assisting in Portal system tuning • Strong business process and requirements analysis skills • Hands-on experience with UML, Enterprise Architecture, and XML/Schema documentation tools (including tools like Visio, WebSphere Integration Developer, XMLSpy, Rational Software Architect, etc.) • Some experience with Enterprise Integration technologies including MQSI, Message Broker v5/v6, WebSphere Process Server, or CrossWorlds • Proven ability to drive projects to successful completion under tight deadlines • Excellent organizational, communication, presentation, and facilitation skills Required Skills/Knowledge • Java Portlet Specification (JSR 168 and JSR 286) • LDAP, Identity Management, TIM/TAM • Content Management technologies and techniques • Extensible Markup Language (XML) • Unified Modeling Language (UML) • Enterprise Service Bus technologies (ESB) • SOAP Regards *| Sam | Technical Resource Specialist *|*Techclique*|| www.Techclique.com|<http://www.techclique.com%7c/> *Phone: 1-732-357-3828*| Fax: 1-732-357-3846| Msn Id:[email protected]<id%[email protected]>or [email protected] Email: [email protected] or [email protected] "*A player that makes a team great is more valuable than a great player*." --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "mysql" group.
