Candidate should have a thorough understanding of the technical architecture, table structures, and data distribution that supports Oracle HR, Payroll, Oracle Time and labor, and Oracle Incentive Compensation. Candidate should have served successfully as a Technical Lead for at least 3 implementations with strong focus on working with functional and technical team members to manage Data conversion, development of Fast Formulas, Interfaces, Reports, and Extensions. Must have experience tuning Oracle Payroll , Oracle Time and Labor, and Oracle Incentive Compensation processes for large enterprise implementations. Extensive and specific experience in the retail sector is a must. *Nice to have skills:* * The candidate should have a proven track record of preparing project plans, effort estimates, delivery schedules, and managing technical team resources to meet program level objectives.
