Malaysian Visa processing for IT professionals is boon now for Indians since the Recession hit. The Visa is processed for any IT professional over an age of 23 who has minimum Technology knowledge of 40% and communication skills of 40%. Our Company along with some other companies is providing MSC (Malaysian Status Company) visa at a nominal fee of 1.8lacs along with 20days of free accommodation and job assistance. The interviews are not complicated as in India, its only one round of interview in Malaysia so anyone can finish a course and get through the interview.
The salaries will range from a minimum of 4k-5k till 8k based on the consultant’s knowledge and the claiming years of experience. In detail: • For Java/.Net consultants the salary will start from 4-5k Malaysian Ringets (50-60k INR). • For SAP Consultants the salary will start from 6k and goes up to 8k Malaysian Ringets (75k-1lacINR). • Network analysts/admin should have CCNA/CCNP and the other required certificates. • Additionally, the consultants are free to do to part-time teaching jobs on IT as well as Non-IT subjects in Malaysian Universities. The working hours will range from 4hrs to 8hrs a day and the pay is 70-75 Ringets/hr (for IT) and 50-55 Ringets (for non-IT), which means a consultant can earn minimum of 1000 – 1300 Ringets per WEEK and close to 4000-5000 Ringets per month. • Also, the consultants can do a call-center job which pays a salary of 2500-3000 Ringets per month. The cost of Living for a person (bachelor) will be ranging between 750 Ringets to 800Ringets per month. In detail: • House (if four people are sharing a 2BHK flat) = 1200/4 = 300Ringets per head • Transport around the city = 200 Ringets per head • Food expenses (cooking/outside) = 250 Ringets per head A Malaysian Professional visa is valid for 2years along with a 1year visit visa to Singapore. (One month stay allowed every time you visit Singapore). A professional can work for a period of 6months in Malaysia and then look for a job in Singapore since he has the valid visit visa. Once he gets a job in Singapore, the minimum salary will not be less than 3000 Singapore Dollars (99k INR). After working for a period of 6months in Singapore, the consultant will be given PR status and also will have good world-wide opportunities. A Singaporean PR can have all the facilities of a Citizen like credit cards, loans and housing. The requirements: 1. Scan copy of Educational Certificates 2. Scan copy of Passport(36 Pages) along with front and back cover 3. Scan copy of passport size photo with white background. 4. Resume soft copy. Few companies through which the Visa is issued are: 1. Asia-Pacific SDN BHD Once a Company issues the Visa and the consultant lands in Malaysia it completes the legal procedure of Multiple Entry (LEVI) for the consultant to make the visa valid. Also the company issues an NOC (No-Objection Certificate) to the consultants to enable them to work for any consulting company or client. The Fees and procedure: 1. The visa fee for a consultant is 1.8lacs for Malaysia and 2.5lacs for Singapore (only for Real-time experienced). 2. Initially the consultant has to pay 1lac as advance through check along with the required documents. 3. The consultant and the Company will sign a mutual Legal Agreement for the paid advance the remaining fees, job assistance, accommodation, refund if the company is not able to provide visa(which will not happen at any cost)etc. 4. The legal agreement is to be xeroxed along with the check which is to be attested by the CA and by the consultant. The consultant will hold the original Agreement till the Visa is stamped and the remaining fee is paid. 5. The Company guarantees 100% visa for rightful candidates. 6. All the above mentioned procedure is done at the Company’s Hyd. Office. So the consultant has to visit the office for the visa processing.
