This individual will use Siebel iHelp (Siebel eMedical v.8.0.0.2) to prepare on-line help that will be used as training materials during our end user training sessions for the Synchronicity (US MD CRM Siebel) Release 2 GACC project. This individual will need to be able to learn business processes very quickly and be productive immediately due to the aggressive project timeline. This individual will also prepare training exercise materials for each key business process that will be used during the training sessions. This individual will prepare documentation (training presentation materials) using Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2007. In addition, this individual will create test cases/script for the User Acceptance Testing based on the business processes. Specific Qualifications Required (specialized skills, degrees, certification, etc.) Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree, Computer Science or MIS preferred, or relevant work experience in business system applications or related field. 1. At least 3 yrs experience in Siebel 7.7 or above application 2. Experience with preparing training materials for Siebel application 3. Proficient in Microsoft Office 2007 tools (PowerPoint, Words, and Excel) 4. Attention to details and very organized 5. Requires minimum supervision In addition, candidates must also have a good understanding of overall Siebel application navigation.
